Your order goes to our warehouse team for inventory verification. We intentionally do not request payment by bank transfer before stock has been confirmed.
Once the products are confirmed available, we issue your invoice with a full summary of the items, shipping, taxes, discounts, and total amount due. This step helps prevent paying for an item that turns out to be unavailable or on backorder.
Review your invoice carefully. If everything looks correct, continue with one of the payment options below.

When you transfer, enter your Tre Li Home order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.
Bank transfers are initiated by you through your bank and may not offer the dispute or chargeback protections of some card transactions. Verify the details carefully before you authorize the transfer.
Once your payment is received and matched to your order, we send you a payment confirmation email. Your order then moves into fulfillment.
When your order is dispatched, we send your tracking number so you can follow delivery. Depending on the product, warehouse, and carrier, tracking may take some time to become active after the shipment is created.
