Mode of Refund

At Tre Li Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and transparent refund process.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions via email
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 3–8 business days after inspection


Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong product was delivered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund at no additional cost

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or assembled products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Then contact your payment provider
