Versatile Soaps: Makes your soap supply last longer. Works well with standard liquid hand soap, liquid castile soap, or dish soap like Dawn. We have been informed that Blueland foaming soap tablets do not work well with these pumps.

Stainless Steel Construction: They are made of stainless steel and plastic. The satin finish looks like a natural or brushed stainless steel. The charcoal black and oil rubbed bronze are painted stainless steel.

Foaming Soap Recipe:

The jar will leak if you tip it on it's side or upside-down while mixing the soap. Consider adding a Leak Proof Silicone Sealing Ring for less leaking.

Create rich, luxurious foaming soap at home in just a few simple steps:

1. Mix liquid soap with water using a ratio of 1 part soap to 4–6 parts water. Most liquid soaps work well, but Castile soap produces the best results.
2. Fill your jar with warm water and add the soap. Stir gently using the intake straw, or attach a standard storage lid and shake until thoroughly combined.
3. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil for a custom fragrance, if desired.
4. Install the foaming pump and enjoy rich, creamy foam with every pump.

Helpful Tips

• Prevent leaks while mixing: The dispenser may leak if the jar is tipped on its side or upside down. For less leaking, consider adding a leak-proof silicone sealing ring.
• Recommended jar sizes: Pint and quart Mason jars work best. The pump and intake tube measure approximately 6 inches long, reaching to about 1 inch from the bottom of a quart jar.
• Trim the intake tube: For optimal performance, cut the tube so it stops just short of the bottom of the jar rather than resting on the bottom.

Troubleshooting:

If your foaming pump isn't dispensing properly, a quick cleaning usually restores normal performance.

Step 1: Clear the Air Chamber
Water can sometimes collect in the pump's air chamber (the plastic housing that contains the spring). Hold the pump upside down and press the pump several times to expel any trapped water.

If soap residue has built up inside the pump, run hot water through it by repeatedly pumping until the water flows clear.

Step 2: Clean the Aeration Filter
If the pump is still not working correctly, the aeration filter may need to be cleaned. This small cylindrical filter is located beneath the pump head. Simply pull the pump head off the base to access it. (Check the photo gallery above for a video showing how to remove it!)

Rinse the filter with warm water, or soak it in a mixture of warm water, baking soda, and vinegar to remove stubborn buildup. You can buy a replacement filter here.

Care Tips

For best performance, flush the pump with hot water between refills. Best practice would be to pump hot water through to clean it out between each refill. I run hot water in the sink and pump that through till it comes out clear.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
